I have always been interested in yoga, health and wellbeing; this is what led me into education. I have been teaching health and food technology for over 16 years in schools, and I am a fully qualified 200-hour seasonal yoga
teacher.

Yoga has always been a constant in my life, helping me to deal with back pain after childbirth, stress from work and lots of family challenges. Yoga has provided me with the tools to accept and lead a healthier and easier life. I like to prioritise wellbeing in bite sized pieces to help deal with life's challenges. Since finding seasonal yoga 5 years ago at Prana, it has helped me look at what is happening outside in nature and reflect on how we should be living. We are “human beings not human doings” (Dalai Lama)


My sessions aim to offer a mindful and restorative practice which links with the seasonal yoga calendar prioritising wellbeing so everything else can fall into place. I want to deliver these amazing tools and gifts to you in a way
that makes sense to modern life.

I am so grateful to be teaching in this amazing Prana studio and can't wait to meet you on the mat to help start you on your own wonderful yoga journey.
