My aim now is to continue building my own practice while making Yoga enjoyable and accessible to people from all walks of life.
I first came to Yoga in 2013 practicing on and off for a couple of years before beginning a regular practice in 2015 when I began to realise the benefits of Yoga as a moving meditation, Yoga was a chance to disconnect from the stresses of everyday life and just be present in my practice. I completed my 200 hour Seasonal Yoga teacher training here at Prana graduation in June 2018. I have since completed courses in Pregnancy and Post Natal Yoga, Wise Ones (mindful movement for Seniors), restorative and Yin Yoga and most recently, in December 2020, my additional 300 Hour Seasonal Yoga qualification making my a 500 RYT. My aim now is to continue building my own practice while making Yoga enjoyable and accessible to people from all walks of life.
