“Yoga is a light, which once lit will never dim”


My yoga journey started in 2008 when I decided to give it a go, as I was having treatment for
breast cancer and was unable to go to my usual high impact classes. I continued yoga at the
gym until I found prana yoga studio, I loved the ambience and being part of the prana yoga
community. My interest in yoga, along with the benefits it had on my physical and mental
health, led me to want to learn more, so I decided to complete the 200hr SYTT in Hamilton with Carla Webster. What a
positive life changing experience it has been. Yoga focuses on bringing harmony between
body and mind, you owe it to yourself to take time out from your busy life. There is
something in yoga for everyone, you may have a different experience every time you visit
your mat, but these experiences can change your outlook on life, making it all the more
peaceful, bringing joy and happiness.
