Hello! ......my name is Denise and I’m a registered seasonal yoga teacher.
I have been practising and studying the art of Yoga for many years now and I’m continually fascinated by all things yoga! The best bit is I never get to stop learning about the benefits of this incredible ancient practise and I want to share the knowledge of how beneficial a regular yoga practise is with you.


If you are reading this, then there is a very good chance you’re looking to drop in and try out a class! If you decide to, it will be one of the best decisions you’ve ever made! It was for me.........One rainy sunny afternoon back in June 2014, whilst going through an extremely difficult time, I stumbled across the cutest yoga studio where I would embark on an incredible seasonal yoga journey allowing me to bring balance, health, happiness and vitality back into my life. As they say after that, “the rest is history”.

I completed my 100hr seasonal foundational yoga course in the summer of 2019 and went on to graduate from the 200hr Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training programme in June 2022. I was so fortunate and forever grateful to have been able to study here at my “yoga home” PRANA, with the gurus of seasonal yoga and most incredible inspiring teachers: Carla Webster, Fi Shepard, Julie Hanson, Sue Wood, Marit Akintewe, Claire Davidson, Maureen Thorpe, Nicki Watson, David Keil ....the list is endless!


As we all know and experience it can be really tough sometimes trying to navigate our way through daily life but with Seasonal Yoga in your tool kit the journey is so much smoother, so much more enjoyable and so, so much sweeter when you can tap into the tools of Yoga! Come along and find out for yourself! Whatever you are thinking, it is honestly NEVER too late to start Yoga! Yoga is for everyone and every age! Yoga is so much more than postures! “Yoga is the stilling of the movements of the mind”


My class focuses on combining breath work (pranayama), postures (asanas) and meditation to bring you back from this busy world and into your mind, body and soul!
