These classes offer an accessible way for you to build strength, flexibility and mobility. Yoga Flow will help to clear the mind and balance your energy according to each season using various yoga posture sequences, breathing techniques, meditations and relaxation. Carla's teaches in a way that provides you with a practical approach to using the ancient philosophy and practices of yoga in everyday life.
A regular yoga practice helps us to go with the flow. You'll develop a deeper understand of how to stay vibrant and healthy, resilient, lighthearted and open minded and adaptable to whatever life throws at us!

Bedtime Yoga Flow
This 60 minute bedtime flow class is suitable for all levels. We will always work with the energy of the season, beginning with breath work to relax and centre ourselves before starting the Asana (posture) practise. I will offer lots of modifications/ variations for each pose allowing us to feel confident and secure as we flow through the class, we always have lots of fun and laughter too! The best part of practising at this time is that we are winding down for bedtime, finishing with a lovely long yoga nidra: the yogic sleep, so when you go home you can just flop straight into bed super relaxed if you fancy! My aim is always the same, I want every student to leave class feeling balanced and relaxed having given the body a good stretch. Louise McRobbie

Whether you’re new to yoga, or have dabbled, this class is for you.
Yin Yang yoga blends two styles of yoga into the one practice - bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses (yin) with more dynamic sequencing and standing postures (yang).
When these terms are applied in yoga, Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer. It works on the deep, dense, connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang Yoga, in contrast, refers to a more active practice. This works the muscles, blood flow, builds strength, stamina and flexibility. Think Vinyasa Flow (ish), it's still Sunday mind!
This class is about offering a balanced yoga practice which combines the two elements, leaving you feeling calm and grounded. Nicola McCormick

Monday Morning Beginners & Improvers Class
This class welcomes all those who are interested in getting to grips with the foundational postures, whether it's your first time in a class or if you're a seasoned yogi. It will run for an hour and will include some introduction to breath work; a flow designed with the beginner in mind; and finally, some relaxation at the end, either in the form of a restful yoga nidra or a short meditation. Modifications for the postures will always be offered and use of props will enable us to find our poses safely and comfortably, allowing us to feel the benefits no matter where our bodies are that day.
