Welcome to the next workshop in the In Harmony With… series — a collection of mini-retreats designed to help women align with the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of their own bodies.

In Harmony With Your Energy is an invitation to become more attuned to your energy levels — noticing when they feel depleted, excessive, or tired but wired, and learning how to respond with greater awareness and care.

As Winter begins to loosen her grip and early Spring stirs, energy can feel unpredictable — low and heavy at times, yet restless or overstimulated at others. Rather than seeing this as something to fix or push through, this workshop explores how to listen inward with curiosity and compassion, helping you recognise what your nervous system needs in each moment — whether that’s soothing, grounding, or gentle reawakening.

Yoga has taught me that when we understand our energy, we can work with it more skilfully. This practice isn’t about doing more or less — it’s about developing awareness, recognising patterns, and learning simple, practical tools to support balance, clarity and steadiness as energy shifts from Winter towards Spring.

What to Expect

This slow, soulful practice has evolved from over 20 years of learning — drawing from the discipline and structure of Ashtanga, blending in seasonal awareness and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles, and using mantra, mudra and breath practices to support nervous system regulation. Gentle movement helps revive and circulate energy when it feels low or stuck while yin and restorative yoga provide space to settle and allow energy to bounce back.

The practice moves from gentle activity to deep rest, offering practical ways to calm an overstimulated nervous system and restore energy from the inside out.

You can typically expect:

  • A mantra, mudra or pranayama practice to help you arrive and settle
  • Gentle somatic movement to awaken awareness and sense into your energy
  • A slow, steady flow to support balance and regulation
  • Yin or restorative postures using props and supports, often with the option to incorporate myofascial release, acupressure, or mantra
  • A deeply restorative Yoga Nidra or Sound Bath to close
  • Sangha — tea, chat and a sense of connection with other like-minded women

It should feel like a massage for the brain and body.

My passion is bringing women together to support each other, ease anxiety, soothe busy minds, and nurture hormonal health through yoga. In Harmony With Your Energy will be a deeply nourishing evening designed especially for women who are feeling tired, stretched or out of balance, and who want to better understand and support their energy as we transition towards Spring.

 

Booking policy: Spaces are non-refundable in the event of cancellation but can be gifted to someone else if your plans change.  If I have a waitlist, I will offer to them if possible.
