Coming Soon! Sacred Cycles: Moon & Sun Wisdom in Yoga

Sacred Cycles: Moon & Sun Wisdom in Yoga

(60hr Further Training – Yoga Alliance Professionals Accredited)

Course Overview

This 60-hour training aligns yoga practice and teaching with the Celtic Wheel of the Year, weaving together lunar wisdom (cross-quarter days) and solar wisdom (solstices and equinoxes). Teachers will explore how these rhythms can sustain their own energy, inspire seasonal class themes, and deepen students’ connection to cyclical living.

Through myth, folklore, yoga philosophy, and embodied practice, participants will learn to integrate moon–sun balance into their teaching in a way that is both authentic and practical.

Format

  • In-person: 30 hours (in studio/ online live)

  • Online learning platform: 20hrs (lectures, journalling, assignments, quizzes).

  • Independent study: 10hrs (reading, reflective journalling, seasonal practice journal).

  • Total: 60hrs.

What

Yoga as a path of balance, rhythm, and seasonal inspiration through the wisdom of moon and sun.

Why
