Led by Carla Hillman-Webster (500hr Senior Yoga Teacher, Yoga Trainer Pro, Prana Yoga Studio) and Maureen Thorpe (500hr Senior Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, The Yoga Barn), this training brings together decades of experience and heartfelt guidance. Together, they invite you into a rich journey of study, practice, and community.

What Makes This Training Special?

🌿 Comprehensive & Foundational: A complete introduction to the art and science of yoga teaching; including yoga history, philosophy, anatomy, asana, pranayama, meditation, sequencing, ethics and so much more- giving you the skills to teach with confidence, or simply to practise with greater depth and reach.

🌿 Rooted in Living Traditions: Grounded in the structure of beginner-level Ashtanga Vinyasa and the creativity of Vinyasa Flow Sequencing, complemented by Restorative and Yin. These diverse approaches will broaden your understanding of yoga’s potential for both vitality and rest and as a basis for an exploration into Self-enquiry.

🌿 Wisdom of Nature: Inspired by Ayurveda and Celtic seasonal traditions, you’ll learn how to attune yoga practice to the cycles of nature and the inner seasons of your own life.

🌿 Accessible & Embodied Learning: A blend of in-person modules, home practice, mentoring, and online support ensures that knowledge is integrated on every level — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

🌿 A Pathway for Growth: Whether you go on to teach or simply carry the practices into your own life, this course lays the foundation for a lifetime of yoga study, and is the natural stepping stone for those who may later continue into advanced training.
