Balance coach, my other certificates include, Teaching Exercise to
Music,  Body PUMP,  Body ATTACK,  Body JAM, Spin fit and Metafit
I started practicing yoga 7 years ago and yoga didn't come easy to me it
has always been something I have had to work at. My passion for yoga
is partly because of the massive difference it’s made to my health,
physically, mentally and emotionally. But it’s taken time, and it’s taken
persistence, and it’s taken hard work. This is the choice I make because
I value my health – it is one of the priorities in my life. Health leads to
happiness in my experience, and with only one body to make it through
this lifetime, I want to experience optimum health where I can.
I really discovered the true beauty of yoga when I started to practice
more regularly with Pamela Young. I was amazed by the many health
benefits particularly of Ashtanga style and I was interested to develop
skills so that I could share the benefits of my practice with as many
people as possible so I decided to undergo my 200 hours  Teacher
training with Pamela Young and Liz Young. This was certified by Fitness
Scotland and CYQ.
I am also constantly taking steps to deepen my practice and further my
knowledge by undertaking various workshops , additional training and
classes with teachers such as John Scott, Gary Carter, Mark Russell,
Findlay Wilson, Sarah Hatcher to name a few..
