Yoga for women is for a woman at any stage in their monthly, yearly or lifetime cycle with an interest in Yoga and mindfulness and a desire to support her own wellbeing. Through a deep rooted, intuitive and tender approach we will use asana, mudra, pranayama, storytelling, yoga nidra and meditation to reconnect to our feminine source power and cyclic wisdom. A practice of reclamation.
