Vinyasa Flow is a connected rhythmic practice with attention to merging the body and the breath.

The word 'vinyasa' means to link your breath to your movement. Vinyasa flow has it's roots within the Ashtanga method of sun salutations, followed by a standing, seated and finishing sequence, however, there is room for creativity and variations of intensity.
